Preserving the Harvest given by Kevin Alviti.
Far beyond jam and chutney, Kevin tells us how to waste less from your garden and deal with excess produce. Dehydrating, canning, fermenting! Literally his favourite subject, there aren’t many weeks in the year when he doesn’t preserve something for future use!
